Ramón Domínguez Hidalgo
Attorney with over 20 years of experience in labor and civil litigation, as well as providing strategic labor counseling to major corporations in both individual and collective matters. Renowned for an outstanding academic career and consistently recognized in top international legal directories: Chambers and Partners, The Legal 500, Latin Lawyer, and Leaders League 2024 and 2025.
Former partner at Domínguez & King, Morales & Besa, Noguera, Larraín & Dulanto, DLA Piper Chile, and RCZ Abogados prior to co-founding the firm. Professor of civil law at Universidad de Concepción, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, Universidad de los Andes, and the Chilean Judicial Academy, as well as guest lecturer at University of California, Davis (USA).
Completed his law degree at Universidad de Concepción, receiving the Universidad de Concepción Award (1990) as top graduate of his class, and the “Bernardo Getche Müller” Prize for excellence in Civil, Commercial, and Mining Law. His thesis, bar examination, and judicial internship were approved with maximum honors (100/100).
Member of the Hispanic National Bar Association and its Compliance Committee (2018 to date).
Fluent in French (spoken and written at professional level, officially certified by Alliance Française) and English.

Francis Reyes Castro
Attorney with extensive experience in collective bargaining, complex labor litigation, occupational safety, and ongoing corporate labor counseling to major domestic and multinational enterprises.
Francis practiced for 6 years as an associate at Barros & Errázuriz Abogados, served as Director of the Labor Practice at Noguera Larraín & Dulanto, Director of Labor at DLA Piper Chile, and Partner at Rivadeneira, Colombara & Zegers. She has also served as teaching assistant in Labor Law and Torts at Universidad de Chile School of Law.
Francis has been honored with multiple awards, including: Academic Merit Award from Universidad de Chile School of Law (2008), Labor Law Thesis of the Year Award from Universidad de Chile (2014), and the Master's Fellowship in Labor and Social Security Law from Universidad de Chile (2014). Her professional practice has been consistently recognized in international rankings: Chambers & Partners, Legal 500, and Leaders League.
Ranked in Chambers and Partners Latin America 2017-2018, as well as in The Legal 500 (2023, 2024, 2025) in the Next Generation Partner category, and individually highlighted in Leaders League 2024 and 2025.

Nicolás Felix Torres
